The goal of this application is “total injection control,” meaning complete control of carburetion by managing all injectors (up to eight) and lambda probes. Rapid Bike EVO allows you to adjust the injection timing (range from -100% to +150% compared to the original parameters) and the fuel/air ratio related to the carburetion itself. The self-adaptive feature manages carburetion automatically by self-processing a correction map that is algebraically added – when the motorcycle is used – to the set map. This allows for further improvement of the tuning performed by Rapid Bike EVO to offer the best performance. The self-processing is set up using multipoint technology for combinations of rpm and throttle opening (TPS), throughout the entire engine operating range, even beyond the original limiter (where supported). Using the software downloadable directly from the website via the provided USB interface, riders can create their own maps and set new self-adaptive settings whenever they deem appropriate, in order to achieve the desired performance. Control and adjustment of the injection system are achieved with a single control unit, the RB EVO, which simultaneously adjusts the injection settings and the lambda probe signal, maintaining performance over time.
