⚙️ BRACKETS FOR LOCKERS

Lift arms (or pistons) help lift and support lids or hatches, preventing accidental closing and facilitating access.

1. Gas (cushioned) Contains pressurized gas, smooth opening -> Heavy duty lockers, engine covers
2. Mechanical clutch With internal clutch, they stop in any position -> Lighter doors
3. Spring-loaded, constant thrust, cheaper -> Small or vertical lockers

Compasses are mechanical (rigid) levers that regulate and limit the opening of doors and lids .

3. Double-joint pantograph compass , stable and soft opening -> Ideal for seats, platforms
