The Di-Tec CLX-1 automatic battery charger is a switching power supply for 6 and 12 V lead-acid and LiFePO4 batteries, suitable for use on board motorhomes, boats, and vehicles. Its IP65 protection rating makes it suitable for use even in damp or dusty environments.
Charging is carried out at constant current and voltage: up to 3,800 mA for lead-acid batteries (Wet, MF, VRLA, AGM, and GEL) with capacities from 1.2 to 120 Ah, and up to 3,000 mA for LiFePO4 batteries from 8 to 50 Ah. The maintenance current is between 15 and 50 mA, while the reverse current is less than 5 mA. The required mains supply is 220-240 V AC at 50 Hz with a current consumption of 600 mA. The operating temperature range is from 0°C to 40°C. The recovery function for a deeply discharged battery is user-selectable.
