AmerigoStore.it offers the following payment methods for purchases:
- Cash on delivery for amounts not exceeding 1,000.00 (one thousand) Euros (VAT included)
- VISA, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards
- Paypal (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Postepay, and Carta Aura)
- Advance bank transfer
THE MARK
This payment method can be used:
i) if specifically indicated in the product sheet;
ii) in accordance with the limitations set by the designated courier service;
iii) unless excluded by any technical limitations established by the manufacturer of the good itself.
Cash on delivery (Cash on Delivery) is the payment method available only for orders under €1,000.00 (including VAT).
Upon shipment, the Customer may be contacted by a Customer Service operator to verify the destination data and proceed with the fulfillment of the ordered goods.
ONLINE SECURITY FOR VISA, MASTERCARD, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARDS
To ensure maximum payment security, online transactions for purchases on AmerigoStore.it paid by credit card are processed with digital certification, via a secure server that uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. This system encrypts the information you enter, making it impossible for external users to intercept it.
When you pay for your order by credit card, AmerigoStore automatically sends you a link to a secure (SSL) page on the website that will handle the transaction. On this page, you must enter your card details (number and expiration date), which will be processed in a completely secure manner. The data is transmitted directly to the bank, thus offering the highest level of security.
Online transactions are completely secure because no one, not even AmerigoStore, can access the credit card codes used by its customers. The code is used only for the payment transaction. If the payment is successful, confirmation is immediate, and AmerigoStore receives only a receipt number from the bank. The credit card code remains untraced in any of AmerigoStore's electronic or paper archives.
Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent and your order will be processed immediately.
In the event of cancellation or non-acceptance of the order by AmerigoStore, the amount will be refunded by crediting the customer's credit card. AmerigoStore will not be liable for any damages caused by cancellation or non-acceptance of the order.
PAYPAL (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Postepay, and Carta Aura)
By selecting the PayPal payment type, the Customer will be redirected to a page on the PayPal website where they will be asked to enter their email address and password: at this stage it will be possible to check the payment details.
Financial data will not be shared with AmerigoStore, but will be managed directly by PayPal.
Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent, and the order will then be processed.
If AmerigoStore cancels or rejects your order, the amount will be refunded directly to your PayPal account. AmerigoStore will not be responsible for delays and/or damages incurred during the refund process.
ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER
The order confirmation email contains Amerigos Srl's bank details for payment. The customer must include the order reference number in the notes section of the invoice.
To speed up the processing of the goods, it is advisable to send the receipt including the CRO number via email to the address amministrazione@amerigostore.it
If the bank transfer is not received within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of placing the order, the order will be cancelled without further notice.

After receiving payment, a confirmation email will be sent and the order will then be processed.
All payments will be made to Amerigostore without the customer being entitled to any compensation, deduction, or other claim. If the customer fails to pay the price due within 7 days of placing the order, or upon delivery of the goods in the case of cash on delivery, the sales contract will be automatically terminated pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code.
