DOUBLE SWIVEL BLOCK Ø 8 mm. Double swivel block, rope Ø 8 mm, max working load 370 kg, breaking load 740 kg, sheave dimensions 35 mm, length 98 mm. The Barton double block provides greater mechanical advantage than a single block and is useful for building a pulley system when a single sheave is not sufficient. The swivel eye rotates to align itself with the direction of the pull, preventing the rope from twisting under load.
