TRIPLE STOPPER. The Barton DO 550 triple stopper locks the line with a friction mechanism featuring hardened teeth, ensuring maximum grip with minimal slippage while remaining gentle on the line: release under load is positive and requires minimal effort, with precise opening and closing operation even with cold, wet hands. The molded parts are made of high-quality plastic, lightweight and impact-resistant, while the cams and bases are made of anodized marine-grade aluminum for long-lasting durability in saltwater environments. A positive handle lock holds the lever in the closed position, and the stainless steel cable guides mounted at both the line entry and exit points reduce wear and friction.
