This additive is specifically designed to remove bacterial flora and algae from large tanks in diesel fuel or near the bottom. The product's active ingredients attack the bacterial flora that has formed in diesel fuel, dissolving existing algae and chemically modifying their habitat to prevent their regrowth. This is not a high-performance diesel fuel additive. When mixed with diesel fuel according to the prescribed doses, it does not alter the EN 590 standard and is compatible with all diesel fuel systems, both mechanical and new-generation high-pressure electronic. Also suitable for vehicles equipped with particulate filters. Packaging: 5L canister.
Pour Anti-algae Shield into the tank in a shock dose of 200
ml per 1000 litres and for preventive treatments at a rate of 50 ml per 1000
liters and proceed to fill with diesel, leaving
then apply the product. Following the treatment
concentrated it is possible that a high volume of biomass is formed
dead, to remove it you will need to filter the fuel after 24-72
hours after treatment.
It is recommended to replace the dispenser pump filters.
