Use and maintenance
Connect the 30mbar gas cylinder, place the desired plate (smooth or ribbed), light and adjust the flame. After use, clean the plates while they are still warm with paper towels or a brush. Store in a dry place. The plates can be washed separately.
Note: The gas cylinder is not included and must be purchased separately.
