The Egis XD Flex 2 Dual is a bistable dual battery disconnect relay module, part of the XD Flex modular platform by Egis Mobile Electric. It is positioned to the right of the triple module in the XD Flex system and connects via flying wires. This version features two controllable electronic relays, both with control knobs, and supports lead-acid, AGM, and GEL batteries.
Each relay can operate in two modes: as a bistable disconnect relay, controlled by an external ON/OFF switch, or as a voltage-sensing relay (VSR/ACR) for the automatic connection and disconnection of the batteries. Each relay features an ON/LOCK OFF manual selector to force the circuit state and a status LED. The accepted supply voltage ranges from 8 to 36 V DC. The maximum continuous current is 500 A, the intermittent current 700 A, and the 30-second surge current 1500 A. XD Flex models do not feature NMEA 2000 integration or MFD display.
