The Egis XD Flex 2 Dual is a bistable dual battery disconnect relay module, part of Egis Mobile Electric's XD Flex modular platform. It is installed in the right position of the triple module and is suitable for systems with lead-acid, AGM, and Gel batteries. Each electronic relay features a manual ON / LOCK OFF selector and a status indicator LED.
This version is configured in VSR/Relay mode: in VSR mode, the batteries are connected and disconnected automatically based on voltage levels, without manual intervention; in relay mode, the contacts are controlled via external ON/OFF switches. The platform handles both the voltage curves typical of lead-acid batteries and rapid load changes, ensuring stable operation in both modes. The XD Flex models do not feature NMEA 2000 integration or MFD display. Connection is made via flying wires; adjustment knobs are included.
8 to 36 V DC power supply. The rated currents are 500 A continuous, 700 A intermittent, and 1500 A surge current for 30 seconds.
