The Egis XD Flex 2 Triple is a modular system of bistable battery disconnect relays in a triple configuration, with two controllable pole relays. It is part of the XD Flex platform by Egis Mobile Electric, designed for systems with lead-acid, AGM, GEL, and LiFePO₄ batteries, including lithium/lead hybrid systems. It accepts voltages from 8 to 36 V DC, making it suitable for both 12 V and 24 V systems.
Each electronic relay can operate in two modes. As a bistable disconnect relay, it receives the ON/OFF command from a switch or an external control signal; as a voltage-sensing relay (VSR/ACR), it automatically manages the connection and disconnection of the batteries based on voltage levels, without manual intervention. Each relay features an ON/LOCK OFF manual selector to force the state under any condition and a status LED. This version is supplied with knobs and flying wires. The position in the system is flexible. XD Flex models do not feature NMEA 2000 integration or MFD display.
