It is an auxiliary air suspension kit designed to improve the ride comfort, stability and load capacity of the vehicle.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• It is made up of pneumatic bellows (air springs) that are mounted between the frame and the original axle or suspension.
• It allows you to adjust the air pressure in the bellows, so as to adapt the suspension to the load carried, level the vehicle and reduce the fatigue of the original springs.
• Improves lateral stability, cornering grip, and braking when the vehicle is loaded or towing
• It is not intended to increase the maximum load capacity of the vehicle beyond that indicated by the manufacturer (GVWR) but to manage it better

To complete the installation, it is essential to match the suspension with the control unit with the pressure gauge: you can choose between the version code ARF0101 with only the pressure gauge and the valves for inflation using a compressed air gun, or the more complete kit code ARF0401 which includes a double-hand pressure gauge, two electric controls and the compressor, to inflate the springs completely independently.

MAIN FEATURES:

• Minimum/Maximum Air Pressure for Air Bellows: For example, for certain Firestone kits “Min/Max Air Pressure” is indicated from 5 psi up to 100 psi (or the equivalent in bar) in the manual
• Bellows mounting height and travel: It is important that the bellows have enough room to expand and not hit adjacent components. The manual states that "there must be at least 1/2" (about 12 mm) of space around the bellows when inflated."
• The kit includes: air bellows, mounting brackets, air hoses, inflation valves, sometimes compressor (if it is an “All-In-One” kit)
