FNI Diesel tank cleaning system
Diesel washing and filtration without removing the tank
The FNI system allows diesel tanks to be washed without having to remove them and purifies the fuel. It is designed to help remove water and impurities that can accumulate in the tank and compromise the quality of the diesel.
Two-stage filtration
- 30-micron Water Captor: absorbs water and has a flow rate of 50 l/min.
- 5-micron Clear Captor: retains impurities and suspended materials, with a flow rate of 100 l/min.
Both filters are equipped with a drain for discharging water and impurities.
Tank access and controls
The system includes two supply and suction pipes: one with a Ø 51 mm bottom valve, suitable for inspection holes, and a rigid Ø 20 mm one for smaller access points. The control panel includes an ON/OFF switch and an overpressure gauge; a dispensing gun is also included.
Note: the system is suitable exclusively for washing diesel tanks.
