Lewmar Sliding Bolt Track
The Lewmar NTR series sliding-bolt tracks are designed for installing mainsheet and genoa traveler carriages on sailing boats. The sliding-bolt profile ensures a smooth outer surface free from visible fasteners, with a clean and aerodynamic finish on the deck.
The main design advantage is compatibility with existing bolt spacings: the bolts slide freely within the internal channel, so when replacing the tracks, the pre-drilled holes in the hull can be used without having to drill new ones, regardless of the original bolt spacing. The tracks are secured with M6 bolts. They are available in two sizes: Size 1, suitable for boats up to 10 m with a maximum working load of 900 kg, and Size 2, for boats up to 14 m with a maximum working load of 1500 kg. Both are supplied in 3000 mm lengths and can be cut to size at the shipyard.
Sizes available: 1 (up to 10 m) and 2 (up to 14 m).
