BATTERY MATE 1602 IG. The Mastervolt Battery Mate 1602 IG charge splitter: unlike traditional diode splitters, it uses MOSFET electronic technology that compensates for voltage drops and ensures that charging continues at the correct voltage, even with multiple battery banks. Compatible with any type of alternator or charger, in new or existing systems, it offers a linearity of current delivery that makes it more efficient than conventional charge splitters, allowing fast and complete charging of the batteries without having to adjust the settings of the charging devices.
