One device, multiple functions
If the vehicle is not connected to the 230 V mains, Multiplus operates as a power inverter, drawing 12 V current from the battery and converting it to 230 V AC.
When the motorhome is connected to the 230 V mains, Multiplus becomes an advanced multi-stage battery charger that charges the leisure battery, while its integrated bypass simultaneously routes AC power to the vehicle's appliances.
If the power required by the appliances exceeds the power supplied by the mains, Multiplus becomes a 230 V booster, drawing power from the leisure battery to supplement the AC power supplied by the mains, allowing large appliances such as air conditioners, coffee machines, and hair dryers to be switched on.
Installation
It can be used on its own, or up to 6 Multiplus units can be connected in parallel to achieve higher output power.
Configuration and control
Multiplus functions can be easily programmed using the DIP switches, or by connecting a PC and downloading the dedicated configuration software.
The operation of Multiplus can also be monitored directly from the Digital MultiControl GX control panel installed inside the vehicle, or via Bluetooth using a smartphone and the free VRM app for Android or iOS.
