GP2 GENIUS 500W 12V B.6. Anodized hard-oxide aluminum “on-deck” anchor windlass, with rope and chain on a single drum. Manual freefall system for the chain, equipped with a rope tensioning device and planetary gearbox. The Quick Genius GP2 1500 is the 500W motor version of the GP2 range, designed for 6- to 10-meter boats that need a robust pull (900 kg) while keeping to a compact, easy-to-install windlass. The planetary gearbox uses the motor’s power more efficiently than a traditional gearbox, directly reducing energy consumption during repeated anchoring maneuvers.Hard-oxide anodized aluminum body, resistant to salt corrosion, with rope and chain managed on the same drum to simplify operations. The manual freefall system quickly lowers the chain when needed, while the rope tensioning device keeps the rope at the correct tension during recovery. With a recovery speed of 25.5 m/min and a weight of 10.2 kg, it is the ideal choice when the MiniGenius no longer provides enough power but you are not yet ready to switch to a larger vertical windlass.Technical specifications:- 500W power, 12V voltage- Maximum instantaneous pull 900 kg- Chain Ø 8 mm, rope Ø 12 mm- Recovery speed 25.5 m/min- Weight 10.2 kg- Planetary gearbox- Hard-oxide anodized aluminum body
