The Flush Southco lock in the sealed version with an aluminum finish is designed for entrance doors with a thickness of 12.7 mm (1/2"), with an allowable installation range between 10 and 12.7 mm. Compared to traditional sliding door locks, it guarantees an increased travel of 100-150 mm.
The internal security block allows the door to be locked from the inside. To activate the lock, turn the key clockwise and remove it. The package includes a strike plate and two keys.
For panels with a thickness of less than 10 mm, optional spacers are available that lower the minimum installation threshold to approximately 9 mm: the product codes for the compatible spacers are 38.172.50 and 38.172.60.
