The NOCO GX2440EU 24V 40A Industrial Charger is an ultra-safe, high-frequency 40 Amp charger.
It is designed for electric vehicles such as golf carts, scissor lifts, pallet trucks, floor care machines or commercial vehicles.
It represents the latest technology for fast and efficient charging of all types of lead-acid and deep-cycle lithium-ion batteries.
Its use is simple and intuitive thanks to a single button that provides multiple charging modes:
  1. Normal mode 24V
    Designed for charging 24-volt deep-cycle lead-acid battery systems, including wet cells, gel cells, enhanced flooded, calcium and maintenance-free batteries.
  2. Cold Mode/AGM 24V
    Designed to charge 24-volt deep cycle AGM battery systems or all types of 24-volt lead-acid battery systems in cold temperatures below 50ºF (10ºC).
  3. AGM+ 24V mode
    Designed to charge advanced 24-volt AGM battery systems requiring high charge voltages for deep cycle battery applications.
  4. 24V lithium mode
    Designed to charge 24-volt lithium-ion battery systems that include a battery maintenance system (BMS), including lithium iron phosphate batteries.
The user is assisted by advanced diagnostics that intelligently recharge the battery and, by analyzing the feedback, detect the presence of errors which, if present, are displayed by flashing LEDs, thus allowing the problem to be resolved immediately.

LED LEGEND
  • Single flash : The battery will not hold a charge and should be checked by a professional.
  • Double flash : Possible battery short circuit and should be checked by a professional.
  • Triple flash: The battery voltage is too low for the charger to detect the battery.
  • Standby LED Solid orange : reverse polarity > reverse battery connections.
  • Error LED Solid red : Battery voltage is too high for the selected charging mode > Check that the battery matches the charging mode.

The universally adaptable design of the NOCO GX2440EU 24V 40A industrial charger allows for global use with replaceable A/C and D/C cables.
The highlight of this model is the robust battery repair method that fights sulfation and restores lost capacity.
It can also be easily converted to a constant current and constant voltage power supply, ideal for zero-voltage charging or equalizing unbalanced batteries.

The NOCO GX2440EU 24V 40A industrial charger is suitable for both onboard and offboard applications and is extremely safe thanks to protection against reverse polarity, sparks, overcurrent, open circuits, short circuits, overheating and overload.
It also features an inhibit function that prevents electric vehicles from moving while charging, thus avoiding accidental damage to the connected wiring system.
The structure is robust and designed to resist shock, vibration, water, dirt, UV rays and dust.
