The AL-KO Air-Top air suspension system is an additional air suspension kit, designed to improve the rear stability of the vehicle.
Consisting of a double manually operated circuit, it allows the pressures of the two springs to be adjusted independently on both the right and left sides in order to obtain the correct balancing of the vehicle's rear axle while driving and when stationary.
The system is manually controlled : the air is supplied from outside (there is no built-in compressor, unless one is added as an optional).
It is possible to raise the rear axle (with the vehicle stationary) by up to + 50 mm, thus improving the ride height if you have a heavy load or an unbalanced distribution.
Compatible with vehicles produced from 2000 to 2013.
COMPONENTS INCLUDED IN THE Air-Top Air Suspension KIT for Transit 2000 - 350 AL-KO Round Axle:
- 2 air bellows (“air springs”), one with red tubing and one with black tubing
- Dedicated mounting brackets to secure the bellows to the round axle
- Hoses with quick couplings to connect the bellows to the inflation system
- Inflation/deflation control unit with two pressure gauges , which allow you to measure the pressure in each bellows
- Specific bolts for assembly
- Assembly and use instructions

- Flexible power supply : Air can be supplied from an external source, such as a 12V portable compressor

- It is suitable for Ford Transit models 2000-2013 (referring specifically to the numbers “200 / 350” used in some catalogs)
- Compatible with both single and twin wheels (depending on the version) on the round axle
