Smart BatteryProtect disconnects the battery from unnecessary loads before it is completely discharged (which would damage the battery) or before it no longer has enough energy to start the engine.

When programming Smart BatteryProtect via Bluetooth, you can set any on/off level. Alternatively, you can set one of nine predefined on/off levels using the programming pin. Bluetooth can be disabled if necessary.

The Smart Battery Protect is a unidirectional device. It can only handle current in one direction, either to a load or from a charger, but not both at the same time. Furthermore, current can only flow from the IN terminal to the OUT terminal. When used with a load, the battery is connected to the IN terminal, while when used with a charger, the charger is connected to the IN terminal.
