Air Filters

Motorcycle air filters are essential components for the proper functioning of a motorcycle engine. There are several types of motorcycle air filters, including:

Paper filters : These are the most common and are used on production motorcycles. They are inexpensive and easy to replace, but must be changed regularly to maintain efficiency.

Sponge filters : Made of materials such as sponge, these filters are often reusable after being cleaned and oiled. They offer good protection against dust and other particles.

Cotton filters (K&N) : These filters are reusable and can be washed and oiled to maintain their efficiency. They are known to slightly improve engine performance due to increased airflow.

Oil Filters : Primarily used in off-road motorcycles, these filters are impregnated with oil to improve their ability to hold dust and other particles.

Maintenance
