⚡ Hydrostop Switches (Hydraulic Pressure Stop)

🔧 What are they?

Hydrostops are switches that activate the rear brake light when the hydraulic brake (front or rear) is applied.

📍 Where are they located?

On the front or rear brake pump
Connect to the hydraulic circuit pipes

🛠️ Main types:

Type	Description
Threaded M10x1 / M10x1.25	The most common, it is mounted where the brake pipe starts
Pressure with screw connection	Present on many aftermarket brake pumps
Lever or microswitch	Used in drum brakes or non-hydraulic systems
