Modular glass touch panel with backlit symbols. Supplied with a card containing 48 adhesive stickers for the different functions to be applied under the glass, leaving a smooth surface and the effect of a printed panel. Each switch is programmable in three modes: - Classic ON-OFF: pressing activates the function, which is deactivated by pressing the button again. E.g.: COCKPIT LIGHTS ----------------------------------------------- - Temporary (ON)-OFF: the function is active only as long as the button is held down E.g. 1: HORN switch E.g. 2: WINDLASS UP/DOWN switches ------------------------------------------------ - ALTERNATE ON-OFF: two buttons can be programmed to activate one function so that another is simultaneously turned off, and vice versa. E.g.: BILGE PUMP MANUAL/AUTOMATIC MODE ----------------------------------------------- The buttons are backlit in yellow in standard mode, in blue when the function is active and in red when the connected user short-circuits. The panels are designed to be modular: if placed side by side vertically and/or horizontally, they create the effect of a single dashboard integrated with 4, 6, 8 (4+4), 10 (6+4), 12 (6+6) switches, and so on. The connection between the control unit and the panel is pre-wired with a quick connector. The cable is 1.5m long and it is possible to add an extension of a further 1.5m. The operation is protected against overloads and voltage inversions (MOSFET module). The control unit is equipped with 4 or 6 thermal fuses, which intervene in the event of a short circuit (function button illuminated in red). The fuse automatically resets once the short circuit is removed, and the button lights up yellow again.
