LEWMAR Proportional Thrusters § Lewmar Proportional Thrusters have unlimited operating time, are extremely quiet, maintenance-free and designed for 24V systems. The series is controlled by one of the aluminum Controls (02.146.xx) specifically designed for this new type of system.
The induction motor managed by the Curtis control box is engineered to work with a 24V input. With this new system, brushless motors are chosen for their efficiency, unlimited autonomy, and their ability to withstand extreme conditions.
- Unlimited action time, the only restriction is battery capacity;
- Ultimate control, proportional input allows for precise maneuverability;
- No maintenance, with no brushes to replace, the motors last longer;
- Compatible as a retrofit on the entire Lewmar electric thruster range.
