Voltage-sensitive switch (charge distributor on two batteries) and emergency battery paralleling. This switch senses the charge level of two batteries (or battery banks) and provides excellent charge management for the second bank. The switch allows two normally isolated banks to be connected when it senses a charging source (engine alternator or battery charger). When a charging source is active, the switch charges the main bank battery (engine battery) first. When this reaches a voltage of 13.2 V, the switch opens the circuit and allows the second battery (service battery) to be charged. The switch also functions as an emergency paralleling. The paralleling can be activated manually via the knob or via an (on)/off switch on the dashboard. Flush or surface mounting.
