Advanced rubber compounds that ensure excellent grip on various surfaces, wear resistance and reduced rolling resistance.
Models for Road Bikes, MTB, City/Trekking, E-Bikes and Gravel/Cross.
INNER CHAMBERS
Made of quality butyl, they reduce the need for frequent inflation and have greater puncture resistance.

Chaoyang's innovative technology
A bicycle tire consists of three main parts: the casing, the bead, and the rubber tread.
The tire carcass (casing) is a textile material coated with rubber and cut at a certain angle to ensure rolling stability and a comfortable driving experience.
Sometimes a puncture protection layer is also inserted under the tread to further protect the tire from the risk of punctures.
The rubber tread is the key part in contact with the road and provides grip thanks to the different tread design and rubber compound.
The tire bead has many diameters depending on the rim size. It's the central part that ensures the tire sits securely on the rim.
The tire bead is usually made of a bundle of aramid threads or fibers, which makes it metallic or pliable.

Casing Features
The lower tread size per inch (lower TPI) is heavier but can offer better cut, puncture and abrasion resistance.
The high TPI carcass is lighter and offers a smoother and more comfortable ride.
