Osculated self-extinguishing panels

Osculati's self-extinguishing panels are ideal for acoustic and thermal insulation onboard boats, while also offering fire resistance. Here are some of their main features:

• Panel composition :

  • Aluminized fiberglass fabric (430 g/m²)
  • Layer of expanded polyurethane (density 30 kg/m³) with variable thickness (15 mm or 10 mm)
  • EPDM mass (2 mm thick)
  • Installation sticker

• Available sizes :

  • 100 x 75 cm with a total thickness of 30 mm
  • 100 x 150 cm with a total thickness of 30 mm

• Certifications and tests :

  • Tested according to ISO 4589-3 to determine the oxygen index at elevated temperatures
  • Certified by the Italian Naval Registry (RINa.) for the soundproofing of engine rooms on pleasure craft up to 24 metres in length
  • UL94 HF1 fire rating
